DAS Center is a modern multi-use commercial facility in the heart of Sofia, that combines the latest construction technology with a customer-focused approach, namely office tenants and hotel guests. 

Upon completion, DAS Center Sofia will cover an excess of 20,300 sq.m. of offices, tenant-friendly retail space and a city business hotel: DAS Hotel Sofia. The hotel itself will be rated with three stars and will cover a total built-up area of about 10,000 sq.m.


DAS Center Sofia truly fulfills the international standards for a premium administrative center.
