DESIGN & CONCEPT

DAS Center is a modern multi-use commercial facility in the heart of Sofia, that combines the latest construction technology with a customer-focused approach, namely office tenants and hotel guests. 

Upon completion, DAS Center Sofia will cover an excess of 20,300 sq.m. of offices, tenant-friendly retail space and a city business hotel: DAS Hotel Sofia. The hotel itself will be rated with three stars and will cover a total built-up area of about 10,000 sq.m.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

DAS Center Sofia truly fulfills the international standards for a premium administrative center. The greatest attention to detail has been paid to design, to precise planning of space, the selection of construction materials, technical equipment and the general contractor. The aim is to provide the most comfortable and efficient working environment for the tenants and it has been achieved through:

  • raised floor and suspended ceiling allowing 2.80m net floor height
