LOCATION

The complex is situated on the beach frontline, on one of the cleanest sandy beach stripes north of Bourgas, namely in the tranquility of Elenite resort near the town of Sveti Vlas. It has a unique advantage of a combination of unadulterated views of the Black Sea to the east, where the buildings are oriented towards, and such of the Balkan Mountain to the west.

The center of summer tourism is a 5-minute drive away, offering clean beaches, a large marina, a variety of restaurants and bars and high-quality services; and Sunny Beach, the most popular destination among foreign tourists with its vibrant nightlife, is 10 minutes away. The Old Town of Nessebar, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, is 15 minutes away.

Convenient transport connections are available with the neighboring villages of St. Vlas, Sunny Beach and Nessebar, as well as with Burgas and Bourgas Airport.

CONCEPT

The closed-type residential and hotel complex will represent a portfolio of studios, one-, two- and three bedroom apartments with area between 50 and 120 sq.m., which will be completed turnkey. All units will offer pure sea and/or mountain views due to the denivelated terrain and the terraced-type design of the buildings.

The apartments will be operated as a hotel under a management agreement, as 4+ star hotel property dedicated to leisure tourists who seek to explore different holiday destinations and large-group events, benefitting from the area’s popularity as a well-established touristic destination and an economic center.

Therefore, the main concept includes hotel facilities of 4+ stars offering a wide variety of high quality accommodation, customer service according to international standards, amenities for all traveler types, activities for all ages.
