The plot is defined with the following characteristics:
- one of the few undeveloped plots in the resort's top central area, which offers very limited supply;
- facing the main road of the resort, providing easy and quick access for the residential units and excellent visibility for the shops;
- availability of parking spaces (public car parks) in the immediate vicinity of the site;
- pedestrian access to the resorts's most attractive part with hotels, located between the main road and the beach, as well as to the central pedestrian street;
- adjacent to a residential area with only new residential buildings to the West (on the other side of the main road);
- convenient transport connections (direct bus lines) with other parts of the complex, neighboring settlements, Bourgas and Bourgas Airport; available bus stops in the immediate vicinity.
